Anytime you call our Customer Care Center with a problem or question, the tracking process begins. You can view metrics on our call queue, answer and talk times, and calls abandoned.

With our customer portal, you can easily review the status of all your cases, including visibility into open cases, closed cases, top five types of problems, top five support users, and more. With this information, you can pinpoint problem trends and user issues to determine where additional training is in order.
